95 points View From the Cellar: “The 2011 Valmur from Domaine William Fèvre was also singing at the time of my visit, offering up a deep and utterly compelling young nose of apple, pink grapefruit, beeswax, white flowers, complex, chalky minerality and a topnote of lime zest. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and supremely elegant, with a fine core of fruit, superb soil inflection and a very, very long, refined and laser-like finish. A great bottle of Valmur in the making.”
