Domaine du Tunnel Cornas Pur Noir 2015
$135 per bottle
(96-99) points Wine Advocate: “One of the wines of the vintage is certainly the 2015 Cornas Pur Noir. In a similar style to the Vin Noir, yet with a touch more plushness and texture, this killer wine offers layers of black raspberries, blueberries, crushed rocks, crushed violets and licorice in its profound, pure and incredibly concentrated, yet seamless personality.”
Domaine du Tunnel St. Peray Pur Blanc 2015
$55 per bottle
95 points Wine Advocate: “One of the finest St Péray I’ve tasted (along with Michel Chapoutier’s St Péray Lieu-Dit Payrolles) is the 2015 St Péray Pur Blanc. This wine is 100% Marsanne from 100-year-old vines and raised in barrels. This sensational white offers awesome notes of caramelized peaches, brioche, crushed rocks and white flowers. These give way to a medium to full-bodied, elegant, yet layered and rich St Péray that has integrated acidity and a great finish. A testament to the quality that’s possible from this appellation, it will keep for 10-15 years.”
Domaine du Tunnel Cornas Vin Noir 2015
$65 per bottle
(95-97+) points Wine Advocate: “Offering more barbecue smoke, cassis, black raspberry and charcoal aroma and flavors, the 2015 Cornas Vin Noir is a serious, concentrated, structured Cornas that has impeccable balance, crazy good purity and a great finish. Frightfully backward and tannic, it’s not for those seeking instant gratification.”
